  • In re: Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation
    • MDL No. 3014 (W.D. PA)
    • Role: Served on the Bellwether Committee.
    • Result: Contributed to a total recovery of $1.1 Billion for those physically injured by toxic CPAP machines.
  • In re: East Palestine Train Derailment
    • Case No. 4:23-CV-00242 (N.D. Ohio)
    • Role: Appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee and served as Co-Chair of the Plaintiffs’ Discovery Committee.
    • Result: This litigation resulted in $600 Million in total settlements.
  • In re: Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) Products Liability Litigation
    • MDL No. 2592 (E.D. LA)
    • Role: Selected by colleagues to assist the Bellwether and Law and Briefing Committees; Lead Counsel for the work-up of a Philadelphia mass tort program bellwether case.
